Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return your item(s) within 30 days of receiving your order — no questions asked.

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

• Returned within 30 days of delivery

• Unworn and unwashed

• In original condition with all tags still attached

• In the original packaging

The following items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons:

• Lingerie and underwear

• Swimwear

• Earrings and pierced jewelry

• Anklets that have been worn

2. Include your order number and the reason for your return

3. We will respond within 24 hours with further instructions

4. Ship the item back to us using a tracked shipping method — return shipping costs are at your own expense

5. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days

Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense. We recommend using a tracked shipping method as we cannot be held responsible for lost return packages.

Once your return is approved, your refund will be credited back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your refund has been processed.

Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or color, please return your original item and place a new order.

If you received a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@bennettessentials.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We will resolve this for you as quickly as possible at no extra cost.
